Fly Fishing

Flyfishing is fishing with an artificial fly which resembles an insect that falls into the water. A special rig of rod, reel, and a weighted line, accompanied by the correct technique, are necessary to deliver this light-weight object far into the water in a natural and unobtrusive manner. The main quarry of a flyfisherman or woman are the fishes of the Salmon or Trout Trout variety. However, any surface-feeding fish can be caught with a fly. The technique of using a fly rod may be challenging to master, but once you reach the necessary level of skill, you may find yourself hooked for life!
